Shipping Policy

As most of Ithaca Sheepskin's products are handmade, it can take up to two weeks to make and ship some items, although most will ship within the week. All products shipped domestically will arrive via USPS Priority shipping. International orders are sent USPS International First Class. Should you have any specific concerns regarding your order or it's delivery, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept all new condition returns within 30 days of your purchase and will issue a refund or product exchange once the product is received. Returns and exchanges should be sent to:

Ideally, you would contact us before sending a product back to the shop. Either way, please include a note specifying whether it is a return, exchange or repair. Include what you are exchanging for (if applicable), and where you would like the replacement product(s) sent (again, if applicable). Please do not send a repair without communicating with us in advance.
