Thank you for shopping at Ithaca Sheepskin!


We stand behind all of our work and are happy to make sure that everything you receive meets our own high standards for quality and wearability.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email: ithacasheepskin@gmail.com to start a return or exchange.


Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Goods on sale. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. 


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Order Number is included with your return (can be found on your receipt)

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, in our sole discretion.

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us.
